Nick Sharma, M.D.
Board-certified Gastroenterologist

Dr. Sharma started Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 1990. He received his Medical Degree from Liverpool University in Great Britain, and he completed his Internal Medicine internship at Royal Liverpool Hospital in Great Britain, and also St. Lukes Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and his Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Florida. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Feiock joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 1992. Dr. Feiock received his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. He completed both his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Harlem Hospital Center in New York.

Dr. Longendyke joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 1993. Dr. Longendyke received his Medical Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey—Kennedy Memorial Hospital. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Oakland General Hospital, Madison Heights, MI. Dr. Longendyke is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.

Dr. Weiss joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 1995. Dr. Weiss received his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, Florida. He completed his Post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, TX. Dr. Weiss is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.

Dr. Bays joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 1995. He received his Pharmacy Degree from Ferris State University. He received his Medical Degree and his Internal Medicine Residence from Michigan State University. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield Michigan. He is presently the Director of Osteopathic Medical Education in Fort Myers, and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Nova Osteopathic University, and Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Raju joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2004. Dr. Raju received his Medical Degree from the Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. He completed his Medical Internship in Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, India. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital Program, Bridgeport, CT. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital Program, Bridgeport, CT.

Dr. Koka joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2007. Dr. Koka is a graduate of Gandhi Medical College, in Hyderabad, India. Dr. Koka completed internal medicine training in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. He then completed his internal medicine training at Graduate Hospital and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Koka is the recipient of two National Merit Scholarships.

Dr. Hazan joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 2010. Dr. Hazan received his Medical Degree from St.Georges University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine as well as a Gastroenterology fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. He also completed advanced training in Endoscopic Ultrasound and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography during a 4th year fellowship in Milwaukee, WI at St.Lukes Hospital.

Dr. Perez joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2011. Dr. Perez received his Medical Degree in Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine as well as his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Dr. Domino Luciani Hospital in Caracas where he was Chief Resident from 2001-2002. Dr. Perez completed an additional residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, P.A. Dr. Perez was the recipient of numerous awards from Albert Einstein Medical Center from 2005-2008.

Chris Wilkinson, PA-C joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida in 2003. He received his B.S. Pharmacy at the University of Kansas. Following his practice as a Clinical Pharmacist, he graduated from the University of Washington, MEDEX Northwest PA Program. Prior to joining Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, he worked as a PA in primary care/family practice, occupational medicine and as a member of an in-patient hospitalist team in the Seattle area.

Margaret Kelly, MSN, ARNP-BC is originally from the Connecticut area. She completed her associate degree in nursing in 1984 at St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing. She went on to obtain her BSN at the University of Wyoming. She completed her MSN in 2006 at the University of South Alabama. She is certified through the ANCC as a geriatric nurse practitioner. Margaret has an extensive nursing background including working in the acute care setting, long term care and as a hospice nurse. She has a keen interest in women's health issues and the elderly.

Jaine Milligan, MSN, ARNP-BC joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida, P.A. in February 2008. Jaine completed her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, New York and her masters degree in nursing at Florida Gulf Coast University, Fort Myers, Florida. She is board certified in family practice.

Michele Robbins, PA-C

Michele Robbins, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida in May 2011. Her previous Physician Assistant experience included the specialties of Gynecologic Oncology and Family Practice. Michele received her MMS degree in Physician Assistant sciences from Nova Southeastern University. Her previous education includes a Master's degree in Animal Science from the University of Florida and previous work experience in Biological Research, Agri-chemical Technical Services and teaching High School Science and College Chemistry.

Daniel Murphy, PA-C

Daniel Murphy, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida in September 2011. Daniel received his MMS degree in Physician Assistant sciences from Nova Southeastern University. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Studies at Hodges University in 2007 along with previous education from Edison College / UF that included an Associates in Science Citrus Technology. He is a current member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and his previous physician assistant experience was with Internal Medicine.

Greg Flinders, PA-C

Greg Flinders, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida in March 2012. Greg received his MMS degree in Physician Assistant sciences from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Studies at Hodges University in 2007. He also received his Associates degree from Edison College. He previously worked in Family Medicine for 2 ½ years.

James R. Torrico, PA-C

James R. Torrico, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida in September 2012. “JR” received his MMS degree in Physician Assistant sciences from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. He was the VP of Sales & Marketing for a medical equipment company for nine years, and prior to that, he was in the US Army for eight years as a Military Intelligence Sergeant and then as an Ordinance Officer. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in 1991. He is a trained EMT and is currently finishing his Paramedic national certification.
