Nick Sharma, M.D.
Board-certified Gastroenterologist
Dr. Sharma started Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 1990. He received his Medical Degree from Liverpool University in Great Britain, and he completed his Internal Medicine internship at Royal Liverpool Hospital in Great Britain, and also St. Lukes Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and his Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Florida. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Feiock joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 1992. Dr. Feiock received his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. He completed both his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Harlem Hospital Center in New York.
Dr. Longendyke joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 1993. Dr. Longendyke received his Medical Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey—Kennedy Memorial Hospital. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Oakland General Hospital, Madison Heights, MI. Dr. Longendyke is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Weiss joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 1995. Dr. Weiss received his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, Florida. He completed his Post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, TX. Dr. Weiss is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Bays joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, P.A. in 1995. He received his Pharmacy Degree from Ferris State University. He received his Medical Degree and his Internal Medicine Residence from Michigan State University. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield Michigan. He is presently the Director of Osteopathic Medical Education in Fort Myers, and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Nova Osteopathic University, and Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Raju joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2004. Dr. Raju received his Medical Degree from the Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. He completed his Medical Internship in Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, India. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital Program, Bridgeport, CT. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine, Bridgeport Hospital Program, Bridgeport, CT.
Dr. Koka joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2007. Dr. Koka is a graduate of Gandhi Medical College, in Hyderabad, India. Dr. Koka completed internal medicine training in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. He then completed his internal medicine training at Graduate Hospital and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Koka is the recipient of two National Merit Scholarships.
Mr. Wilkinson joined Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida in 2003. He received his B.S. Pharmacy at the University of Kansas. Following his practice as a Clinical Pharmacist, he graduated from the University of Washington, MEDEX Northwest PA Program. Prior to joining Gastroenterology Associates of S. W. Florida, he worked as a PA in primary care/family practice, occupational medicine and as a member of an in-patient hospitalist team in the Seattle area.
Margaret Kelly is originally from the Connecticut area. She completed her associate degree in nursing in 1984 at St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing. She went on to obtain her BSN at the University of Wyoming. She completed her MSN in 2006 at the University of South Alabama. She is certified through the ANCC as a geriatric nurse practitioner. Margaret has an extensive nursing background including working in the acute care setting, long term care and as a hospice nurse. She has a keen interest in women's health issues and the elderly.

Jaine Milligan, MSN, ARNP-BC joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida, P.A. in February 2008. Jaine completed her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, New York and her masters degree in nursing at Florida Gulf Coast University, Fort Myers, Florida. She is board certified in family practice.
Sue Day, MSN, ARNP-BC became a registered nurse in 1981 after graduating from Emerson College. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University in 1999. She obtained her Masters Degree in Nursing as part of the Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Florida in 2002. She is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She belongs to the American Nurses Association and the local Gulf Coast Nurse Practitioner Organization.
